After detailed examination, survey and debate, Raisina Hill was selected as the most appropriate site for the Viceregal Palace and the area East, North and South of it chosen for the new capital. Edwin Lutyens and his compatriot Herbert Baker built the new capital of India

Pay Scale/Salary(in Rs.) :
Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs.18,750 to 39,100 + Grand Pay Rs.6,600/- P.M.
Application Fees :
Candidates have to pay application fees Rs.1000/- for General category candidates. Rs.500/- for OBC category canidates. No fees for SC / ST category candidates in favour of “Commissioner, North Delhi Municipal Corporation”, payable at Delhi.
Mode of Selection :
Selection will be basis of Walk in Interview..
