Job Responsibilites :

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Identify, interview, and select qualified candidates for exempt and nonexempt positions in multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to collect relevant position information and prepare/edit job descriptions.
• Determine recruiting strategies, identify suitable recruiting methods, and post positions accordingly.
• Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize various interview techniques, such as resume screens, telephone and in-person interviews, test administration, etc.
• Accurately describe the available position and RealPage culture.
• Gather and analyze timely candidate and interviewer feedback.
• Ensure candidate requirements and successfully close offers throughout the interview process.
• Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies, and procedures.
• Create, track, and finalize appropriate paperwork, including requisitions, offer and decline letters, etc.
• Schedule drug screens and verify references.
• Track applicant flow and maintain the applicant database.
• Identify and employ creative sourcing methods to improve candidate quality and time-to-fill.
• Monitor time-to-fill, candidate sourcing, and other metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various career service organizations.
• Increase candidate generation through job fairs, Internet recruiting, network groups, and other means.

Abilities :

• At least four years of relevant experience recruiting all organization levels in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 3 years technical recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles
• Demonstrated experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques
• Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
• Able to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust
• Professional demeanor
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Flexible to work extended hours as needed
• Agency and corporate experience preferred
• Able to sit or stand for frequent periods in the same location with some opportunity to move about
• Able to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds)
